Loyalty Card Policies:

1.  Joining the Casas Brancas Loyalty Card Membership

1.1 Joining the Casas Brancas Loyalty Card Membership can be done after your first stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa;

1.2 In order to join our Loyalty Card Membership you must fill the questionnaire which is given at the end of your stay and mark  the option YES for Loyalty Cards;

1.3 Not accepting this opportunity, discounts and exclusive advantages for future stays will not be possible;

1.4 Joining the Casas Brancas Loyalty Card Membership is  free of charge, without monthly or annual fees. Our goal is to reward, exclusively, our guests, offering advantages and discounts;

1.5 After joining the program, a Silver Category card will be printed with your name , identifying you as a member;

1.6 Casas Brancas Hotel & Spa contacts all guests to confirm the current address, in order to guarantee the shipping;

1.7 From this stage on, the guest is registered on our system as a Casas Brancas Loyalty Card Member.
 
2. Discounts and Advantages:

2.1 The discounts and benefits will apply only for direct reservations, which means, no kind of intermediates, like agencies, tour operators, either locals or virtuals

2.2 We offer three categories of memberships. Starting with Silver, followed by Gold and finishing with DeepBlue. Each one of them with different kinds
of benefits

2.3 Benefits of the Silver Card:
- 15 % of discount for the room rate for all room categories;
- 10 % of discount for the room rate on weekends for all room categories;
- 5 % of discount for the room rate during Brazilian holidays and Special Packages;
- A Foot Spa as a courtesy from our SPA when you acquire a 50 minute massage;
- 10 % of discount for all treatments and massages in our SPA;
- 10 % of discount for all the consume at Café Atlântico Restaurant, El Deck Pizza & Restaurant
 and Mistico Restaurant.

2.4  A Gold category is achieved after your fourth stay, Acquiring the benefits below starting at your fifth visit at our Hotel.
- 15 % of discount for the room rate on weekdays for all room categories;
- 10 % of discount for the room rate during weekends for all room categories;
- 5 % of discount for the room rate during Brazilian holidays and Special Packages;
- A 30 minutes Facial as a gift from our Spa when you make a reservation for the hotel;
- A Foot Spa as a courtesy from our SPA when you acquire a 50 minute massage;
- 12% of discount for all  treatments and massages at the Casas Brancas SPA;
- 12% of discount for all the consume at the Café Atlântico Restaurant, El Deck Pizza & Restaurant
 and Mistico Restaurant.

2.5 A DeepBlue category is acheived after your seventh stay, Acquiring the benefits below starting at your eighth visit at our Hotel.
- 15% of discount for your room rate on weekdays for all room categories;
- 10% of discount for your room rate on weekends for all room categories;
- 5% of discount on your room rate during Brazilian holidays and Special Packages;
- One bottle of Chandon Brut as courtesy during your stay;
- One Casa Brancas Blend massage as a gift from Casas Brancas SPA during your stay;
- One Foot Spa as a courtesy when acquiring any facial treatment at our SPA;
- 15% of discount on all the treatments and massages from our SPA;
- 15% of discount for each consume at the Café Atlântico Restaurant, El Deck Pizza & Restaurant
 and Mistico Restaurant.

2.6 The descounts mentioned above are not accumulative with other offers.

2.7 The discounts relatives to the stay are applicable one time only for each reservation process, not being able to accumulate discounts of more than one card per reservation

2.8 The benefits are applicable only for identified guests during the reservation process of each room

2.9 A loyalty customer will obtain the discounts and benefits even if the one is not staying at Casas Brancas, when these benefits or discounts are not attached to the reservation process, like the discounts and consumes at the Casas Brancas Spa, Café Atalntico Restaurant, Deck Pizza & Restaurant 
and Mistico Restaurant

2.10 The card is personal and not transferable

2.11 Promotions and Advantages not described above will  occasionally occur, being disclosed either by e-mail and/or on our website www.casasbrancas.com.br

3. Participating Establishments

3.1 The following establishments are part of the Casas Brancas Loyalty Card Membership:
- Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel & Spa;
- Spa Casas Brancas;
- Café Atlântico Restaurant;
- Deck Pizza & Restaurant;
- Mistico Restaurant;

4. Updating your Registration

4.1 All customers must keep registration information updated in order to receive news about advantages and offers. For any kind of registration updating, you can send us an e-mail (marketing@cb.casasbrancas.com.br)

5. General Policies

5.1 Casas Brancas reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty Card Program in case of bad application, cloning or any kind of fraud;

5.2 Casas Brancas reserves the right to, at any moment, end  the Loyaty Card Program, informing our customers by e-mail and making this information available on our website;

5.3 The participation of the Loyalty Card Program will be guided only by this regulation, which can be replaced or amended by Casas Brancas discretion.
